In order to implement the concept of public security education, which advocates ＂taking ability training as the core, serving for the actual combat as the objective and demand-oriented education as the base＂, and to highlight the professional features of the public security specialties, the course of formal logic for public security specialties needs to be reformed from such aspects as teaching contents, teaching methods and course assessment, so as to optimally combine theory with practice, knowledge with ability.
