摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)相关性。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2014年6月我院CSF病人86例,选取具有相似危险因素及基线资料的65例冠状动脉血流正常(NCA)人群作为对照组。所有研究对象均行13 C尿素呼气试验判定Hp感染情况,并测定血浆Hcy水平,分析Hp感染和Hcy水平与CSF相关性。结果 CSF组Hp感染率、Hcy阳性率明显高于NCA组(χ2=8.100、5.190,P<0.05)。CSF组Hp感染δ值、Hcy水平明显高于NCA组(t=2.804、2.524,P<0.05)。CSF组Hp感染δ值与Hcy水平存在显著的线性相关关系(r=0.504,P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染、Hcy水平升高与CSF具有一定的相关性,二者可能参与CSF的发病。
Objective To explore the association of helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and homocysteine(Hcy)with coronary slow flow(CSF). Methods Retrospective review was carried out in 86 patients with CSF-treated from January 2012 to June 2014-and 65 individuals with similar risk factors and base-line data,but with normal coronary blood flow(NCA),were selected to serve as controls.All objects of this study received 13C-breath test for determination of Hp infection,detection of Hcy level,and analysis of association of Hp infection and Hcy level with CSF. Results Compared with NCA group,the rates of Hp infection and Hcy-positive in CSF group were higher(χ~2=8.100,5.190;P〈0.05),δvalue of Hp infection and Hcy level were higher(t=2.804,2.524;P〈0.05).There was a significant linear correlation betweenδvalue of Hp infection and Hcy level in CSF(r=0.504,P〈0.05). Conclusion There is a certain association of Hp infection and elevated level of Hcy with coronary slow flow,the former two parameters are likely to be involved in pathogenesis of the condition.
