55~60周岁机采血小板献血者献血意愿调查

WILLINGNESS TO DONATE APHERESIS BLOOD PLATELETS:A SURVEY IN POPULATION OF 55-60 YEARS OF AGE

目的了解55~60周岁无偿机采血小板献血者献血意愿,以便对此年龄段的人群进行更科学、合理的宣传动员和制定更有效的招募策略。方法统计了2012年1月1日—2014年6月30日本血站55~60周岁的172名无偿机采血小板献血者的基本情况,以调查问卷和电话咨询的方式,成功调查了其中163名献血者的献血动机和延迟献血年龄政策的知晓途径。结果 55~60周岁的无偿机采血小板献血者中,男性占76.7%,工人、干部和10次以上献血者分别占55.8%、26.1%、70.9%。该年龄段人群中,献血者的献血目的主要为献血有利于身体健康以及自身价值的实现,所占比例分别为73.0%和71.2%;为了享受免费用血者占10.4%。延迟献血年龄政策的知晓途径,献血小板时被告知占62.6%,媒体宣传和献血车街头宣传分别占20.2%和11.1%。结论 55~60周岁无偿机采血小板献血者关注健康,期待自身价值实现,宣传和招募时应以此为重点,同时应加强媒体及流动献血车的宣传力度。

Objective To investigate population of 55-60 years of age who wanted to donate apheresis blood platelets,so as to do a more scientific and advisable promotion and enact a more effective policy for its recruitment. Methods Employing aquestionaire and telephone counseling,a survey was conducted in 172 volunteers,aged 55-60 years,who donated apheresis platelets in our center-from July 1,2012 to June 30,2014.Of whom,the survey was successfully completed in 163 donors regarding their motivation of blood donation and the way of their awareness of the policy on delayed of blood donation age. Results Among the donors,76.7% were male,workers and cadres,those who donated more than 10 times accounted for 55.8%,26.1%and70.9%,respectively.The goals of the blood donors were mainly for physical health（73.0%）,realization of self value（71.2%）,and free for blood use when needed（10.4%）.Regarding the way of knowing the policy on the age of blood donation,62.6% of them were informed while donating blood platelets,20.2% got to know from media publicity,and 11.1%from street publicity of blood-donation cars. Conclusion Volunteer blood donors in 55-60-year-old-group population pay close attention to their health and expect to realize self value,this is the focal point in publicity and recruitment for this purpose,and should be strengthened as well.
