摘要
目的了解健康教育干预对首发精神分裂症病人家属心理及病人自知力、服药依从性的影响。方法首发精神分裂症病人及其家属各110例,随机分为健康教育组和对照组,各55例。健康教育组对病人家属进行为期6周、每周2次的健康教育干预;对照组病人家属不进行健康教育干预。分别于干预前、干预后对两组病人阳性与阴性症状、对疾病的自知力、服药依从性及病人家属焦虑和抑郁情绪进行评估。结果干预前两组病人阳性与阴性症状、对疾病的自知力、服药依从性及家属焦虑和抑郁情绪差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。干预后,健康教育组病人对疾病的自知力、服药依从性较对照组明显提高(t=6.061,u=2.409,P〈0.05);两组病人家属抑郁、焦虑情绪较干预前改善,健康教育组改善更明显(t=2.256~5.498,P〈0.05)。结论对首发精神分裂症病人家属进行健康教育干预,有利于恢复病人的自知力,提高病人的服药依从性,改善家属的心理健康状况。
Objective To investigate the effects of health education on psychology of patient's family members of firstepisode schizophrenia,patient's insight,and medication compliance. Methods This study enrolled 110 cases of first-episode schizophrenia and 110 of their family members.The patients and their family members were equally randomized to two groups.In health education group,family members of the patients received health education intervention,twice a week for 6weeks,and those in the control group received no health education intervention.The positive and negative symptoms,insight of the disease,medication compliance,and their families' anxiety and depression were accessed-before and after the intervention. Results Before intervention,the differences in the positive and negative symptoms,insight of the disease,medication compliance and their families' anxiety and depression between the two groups were not statistically significant(P〉0.05).After intervention,the insight of the disease and medication compliance of the patients in the health education group were much improved(t=6.061,u=2.409,P〈0.05).The depression and anxiety in patients' family members,in both groups,improved after intervention,but much improvement note in the education group(t=2.256-5.498,P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education intervention for the family members of patients with first-episode schizophrenia is conducive to the recovery of patients' insight,boosting their medication adherence,and improving mental health condition of their family members.
