试析新疆维吾尔人在东南亚的非法流动问题

Discussion on Illegal outflow of Uyghur illegal immigrant of Xinjiang to Southeast Asia

文章分析了非法向外流动的维吾尔人非法流动的特点、原因及危害,并指出一旦这些人出逃计划受阻,将很有可能选择在沿途国家和地区就地发动恐怖袭击,对我国及东南亚沿途国家的安全构成直接威胁。因此,新疆维吾尔人在东南亚非法流动问题相比普通非法移民犯罪危害性更大、波及面更广,必须予以高度重视。

The papers analyzed the characteristic,cause and harm of illegal outflow of some Uyghur illegal immigrants,and point out that some of illegal immigrants may launch terror attack in nearby regions,and threaten public security of the regions when the illegal outflow line was cut off by governments.Therefore,Uyghur illegal immigrant issue should attract more attention because the issue has more harm than common illegal immigrant to Southeast Asia.
