摘要
通过对曳引轮轮槽磨损量的检测与分析。研究了曳引轮自身参数对曳引能力的影响。基于Solid Works Simulation软件进行了在曳引轮初始时和打滑时的频率分析与应力、应变分析,揭示了曳引轮磨损与曳引轮频率和应力、应变的关系。
Through the examination and analysis of the traction sheave groove wear, the influence of traction sheave parameters on traction capacity is studied on. Based on the SolidWorks simulation software, the traction sheave initial and slip frequency, stress and strain are analyzed, and the relationship between the traction sheave wear and the frequency, stress and strain are revealed.
