摘要
目的明确某石化公司硫磺回收装置产生的职业病危害因素,对建设项目的职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目在正常运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有硫磺粉尘、硫化氢、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、氨、噪声和高温等;化学性有害因素均符合国家职业接触限值要求;硫磺回收装置和硫磺包装车间外操工噪声4 h等效声级分别为87.0和90.0 d B(A);湿球黑球温度指数为30.8℃。结论该项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合要求,在职业卫生档案管理、职业病危害检测方面有待进一步完善,噪声40 h等效声级超过国家职业接触限值要求,员工应加强个体防护。
[Objective] To identify the occupational hazards existed in sulfur recovery facility of a petrochemical company,evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards. [Methods] A comprehensive analysis and evaluation was performed by occupational health field investigation,occupational hazards detection and occupational health examination.[Results] The occupational hazards during normal operation of the project mainly included sulfur dust,hydrogen sulfide,carbon monoxide,nitrogen monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide,ammonia,noise and high temperature. The concentrations of chemical harmful factors all met the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits. 4-hour continuous equivalent sound level of the operation post at sulfur recovery facility and sulfur packaging workshop was 87.0 d B(A)and 90.0 d B(A)respectively. Wet bulb globe temperature(WBGT)index was 30.8 ℃.[Conclusion] The occupational hazard control effect of the project meets the requirements basically.The occupational health archives management and occupational hazard detection need to be further improved. 40-hour continuous equivalent sound level exceeds the national occupational exposure limits,and the individual protection should be strengthened.
