摘要
连续刚构桥的混凝土调平层与沥青铺装层间应设置层间处置措施,本文通过提出对混凝土调平层进行拉毛、刻槽、铣刨等不同的层间处置后,再喷撒改性沥青碎石封层,钻芯取样后测定其层间抗剪性能。以抗剪强度作为衡量不同层间处置措施的控制指标,分析不同处置方式下沥青用量不同及峰值大小不同、递变速率不同的原因,提出适合刚构桥混凝土调平层与沥青铺装层的层间处置措施。
There should be interlayer disposal between concrete leveling layer and asphalt pavement of rigid frame bridges. The concrete leveling layer is diposed by galling,gouging,milling,and other messures,then spraying modified asphalt,and the shear resistance of drill core samples is measured. Taking the shear strength as the parameter of different interlayer disposals,analyze the reasons of different asphalt content,different peak value and different transmission rate under different disposal methods,then put forward the appropriate measures for the concrete leveling layer and asphalt pavement of the rigid frame bridge.
