钢筋抗拉试验实验室间比对结果分析与评价

Analysis and evaluation on interlaboratory comparisons about tension stress test of steel bar

通过组织实验室间比对,检查内蒙古自治区公路行业等级试验室的检测能力,采用稳健统计技术对各检测机构钢筋抗拉试验3项检测参数的检测结果进行统计、分析和判定。结果显示:53家检测机构的所有检测结果均为满意;11家检测机构的部分检测参数为存在疑问或不满意,应进行认真的质量分析并整改。

The testing ability of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region highway industry grade test chamber is examined by interlaboratory comparison. The robust statistical technique is used to analyze and determine the test results including 3test parameters in tension stress test of steel bar. Results show that all the detection results of the 53 testing organizations are satisfactory,and the partial detection parameters of the 11 testing organizations are in doubt or not satisfied,which should carry out the quality analysis and improve.
