皖南烟区不同留叶数对K326品质的影响

Effects of Different Remained-leaves on K326 Quality in Wannan Tobacco-planted Area

[目的]明确皖南烟区不同留叶数对K326品质的影响,以确定最适宜的留叶数。[方法]以K326为供试材料,留叶数设4个处理,分别为12、14、16、18片,分析各处理对K326农艺性状、经济性状、烟叶外观质量、化学成分、感观质量评价的影响。[结果]随着留叶数的增加,K326株高逐渐增高,节距增大,但茎围、上部叶长、上部叶宽呈现下降的趋势,腰叶以留叶16片时最大;产量以留叶18片处理最高,产值、上等烟比例和上中等烟比例以留叶16片处理最高,综合分析以留叶16片经济性状最好;随留叶数的增加,中上部烟叶烟碱、总氮含量降低,还原糖、总糖含量以及糖碱比增高,其余化学成分指标变化均无明显规律;感官质量评价中3个叶位均以留叶16片最佳。[结论]皖南烟区2015年K326留叶数为16片叶时内外在质量总体较好。

[Objective] The aim was to study the influence of different remained-leaves on K326 quality in Wannan tobacco-planted area,meanwhile to define the optimal remained leaves. [Method]There were 4 treatments designed by the randomized block method,which included 12,14,16,18 treatments. Effects of each treatment on agronomic traits,economic traits,original tobacco apperance quality,chemical components and sensory quality were analyzed. [Result] With the remained-leaves increase,the height and pitch of K326 increased either,but the girth and upper leave declined. The waist leave of 16 remained-leave treatment grew the biggest. The yield per mu of 18 remainedleave treatment showed the best. Based on comprehensive analysis the economic characters of 16 remained-leave treatment showed the best in4 treatments. Along with the increase of remained leave,the nicotine and total nitrogen declined in tobacco leave,but the total sugar and reducing sugar increased. The other chemical opponents showed unobvious changed trend. The sensor quality of 16 remained-leave treatment performed best in 4 treatments,which were evaluated by the specialist. [Conclusion] The quality of K326 is best in 16 remained-leave treatment in 2015 in Wannan tobacco-planted area.
