摘要
综述了植物修复技术的研究进展,从减少植物对重金属的吸收、细胞壁的阻碍作用、植物的螯合作用、加速体内重金属的外排、体内重金属的区室化隔离与植物体的解毒作用几方面,探讨了植物对重金属的耐受性,从土壤p H、有机质、根系分泌物3个方面阐述了植物对重金属吸收的影响因素,从植物根系内部的转运和地上部分的运输两方面分析了植物对重金属的转运。
Abstract Research progress of phytoremediation technology was reviewed. Plant tolerance to heavy metals was discussed from the aspects of reducing plant absorption to heavy metal, hindering effects of cell wall, plant chelation, accelerating the excretion of heavy metal in organism, chamber isolation of heavy metal, and detoxieation of plant. Influencing factors of plant absorption of heavy metals were elaborated from three aspects of soil pH value, organic matter and root exudates. Plant transport of heavy metals was analyzed from two aspects of root internal transport and transport of aboveground part.
