Clinical Experience of Professor Zhang Weilu in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

张维录教授在论治慢性阻塞性肺疾时,认为本病发生过程因外邪首先犯肺,肺气宣降功能失调,迁延失治,痰浊潴留,壅阻肺气,气之出纳失常,还于肺间,久之肺虚,成为发病基础。急性发作期治疗时应该抓住咳、痰、喘、瘀四个要点进行辨证治疗,稳定期时应注重健脾益气、补肺固肾。

Professor Zhang Weilu proposed that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was aggravated by cough,sputum,asthma,and blood stasis,which caused gas descending function disorder,phlegm retention,lung obstruction and gas cashier arrhythmia. In the treatment of acute attack period,we should grasp these four pathogenic points.
