围绝经期女性心血管疾病危险因素分析

Analysis of the risk factors of cardiovascular disease of peri menopausal female

目的了解围绝经期女性心血管疾病危险因子的变化。方法选择女性患者640例,其中正常对照组310例,围绝经期组330例;所有患者均询问病史,并进行实验室和体格检查。统计分析围绝经期女性心血管疾病危险因子的变化。结果围绝经期组的BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显高于对照组,而HDL-C水平明显低于对照组;围绝经期组的高血压、糖尿病、空腹葡萄糖受损、超重、肥胖、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症、混合高脂血症、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症及冠心病的发病率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);通过多因素分析经其他项目校正后,围绝经期组发生高血压、糖尿病、空腹葡萄糖受损、超重、肥胖、血脂异常及冠心病风险性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期女性存在血压升高、糖、脂代谢紊乱、肥胖和超重等情况。

Objective To investigate the change of risk factors of cardiovascular disease among peri menopausal female. Methods 640 female patients were selected,with 310 cases of the normal control group and 330 cases of the peri menopausal group.All the patients were inquired about the history of illness,and the laboratory and physical examinations of them were also performed in order to statistically analyze the change about risk factors of cardiovascular disease of peri menopausal female.Results Peri menopausal female＇s body mass index（ BMI）,systolic blood pressure（ SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（ DBP）,the levels of fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL- C） were significantly higher than those in the normal control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL- C） was significantly lower than that in the normal control group. The incidence rates of hypertension,diabetes,impaired fasting glucose,overweight,obesity,high TC hyperlipidemia,high blood TG,blood LDL- C,mixed hyperlipidemia,low HDL- C hyperlipidemia and the incidence of coronary heart disease in peri menopausal group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group（ P〈0. 05）. Through the multifactor analysis,adjusted by the risk of hypertension,diabetes,impaired fasting glucose,overweigh,obesity,dyslipidemia and the risk of coronary heart disease in peri menopausal group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High blood pressure,the metabolic disorders of glucose and lipids,obesity and overweight are the features of peri menopausal female.
