摘要
我们已经报导了用于配制不避氧光固化涂料的树脂合成以及这种涂料的优良性能。由于这种树脂的合成是立足于一个新的化学设想,其制备实践,虽有前人工作可资借鉴,但在实践中达到我们的预期效果与否,还必须仔细加以考查。一个很重要的问题是,这种树脂在感光固化时,不像一般不饱和聚酯那样受氧的干扰,这种优良性能的基础是什么。弄清这个问题不仅有实践意义,而且也有理论意义。也就是说。
Chemical and spectroscopic methods were used to ascertain the structural units of the resin prepared from linseed oil, glycerol, formaldehyde and maleic anhydride. It is concluded that the said resin consists of a mixture of maleic esters of low molecular wcight。 The characteristic feature of this resin is the presence of ethylenic dotage bonds and 1, 3-dioxolane together with 1.3-dioxane units. When mixed with suitable crosslinking monomer, e. g. styrene, and photoinitiator, a composition is obtained which can be rapidly photohardened into bright film on wooden board.
