在有恒定的注入电流和线性损耗的情况下,一维有限长结的约瑟夫逊位相方程为: 其中α为恒定的注入电流密度,以约瑟夫逊电流密度的最大值iJ为单位,γ是无量纲的衰减参量,x和t分别以穿透深度λJ和等离子振荡频率的倒数ωl-1为单位。方程(1)是一个非线性偏微分方程,无法得到严格的解析解。
The solution to the Josephson phase equation is discussed by means of stability theory of nonlinear differential equations. We give the applied current α. vs. flux quanta velocity μ curves for arbitrary values of the attenuation factor γ (Fig. 6). In the case when γ=0.1, the curve is identical with that computed numerically by the authors of reference[2]. It turns out, however, that the corresponding curves given in reference[1] are still reliable as γ tends to unity.
