摘要
锌是人体必需的微量营养元素,直接参与核酸及蛋白质的合成代谢,且与许多酶的活性有关.机体缺锌后会导致一系列病理变化,锌缺乏症又与其它微量元素的生理活性有关,所以测定锌的生化指标具有重要的临床意义,已日益受到重视.另一方面,在微量元素的分析手段上,已有相当灵敏可靠的原子吸收光谱法、中子活化分析法和 X 荧光光谱法等,尤其是原子吸收光谱法,已在血、尿。
The merits of using hair analysis as a diagnostic tool are somewhat obscured by the apparent lacking of agreement between′results from different laboratories on account of differences in the technique and data treatment used. It should be emphasized that sampling,preliminary and statistical treat- ments are equally important as the instrumental measurement,and an agreed chemical basis on these respects should first be established as a prerequisite for the comparison between various methods.A simple but reliable atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for zinc in human hairs with proper sampling and preliminary treatment is suggested in this paper.The average coefficient of variation of 19 samples (n=6-14) ranging from 70-200 ppm zinc is 2.1%,whereas the recovery is 96—104%.Duplicate measurements of zinc in hair.samples from 209 youths and children living in Beijing suburb show an average relative deviation of 3.0%.
