摘要 睾酮是人体内重要的雄性激素。它的主要生理功能是促进男性化和促进蛋白质合成。观察测定血浆睾酮含量的细微变化,对提高某些内分泌疾病(如男子性功能障碍,女子性征异常,性早熟,性幼稚等)的诊断水平、临床研究、计划生育等都是有意义的。 Testosterone-3-oxime (T-3-O)of high purity is obtained by a one-step procedure. The method is very easy to carry out and the yield is high. It coupled with BSA as an immunogen for RIA of testosterone, in the ratio of 44—47 moles of testosterone to one mole of BSA. (^(125)Ⅰ)-testosterone-3-oxime iodo-histamine (^(125)I-T-3-O-H)is prepared from testosterone-3-oxime-histamine and utilized as a radioligand in RIA of testosterone. The operation is accomplished in only one step and the radioiodinated product has a high immunoreactivity and is stable for 2 months at 0℃. The synthetic methods are reliable, convenient and economical for immunogen(T-3-O)and radioligand(^(125)I-T-3-O-H).
