摘要
红细胞(RBC)锌值约为血浆锌的10倍,由于 RBC 压积随着人体健康与饮食状况而改变,这就影响到全血锌值的营养诊断价值。近年来 RBC 锌值虽已引起重视,却因缺乏简便可靠的测定方法而难以深入,我们采用无离子水稀释直接喷入原子吸收光谱仪,重点研究了 RBC 取样方法和稀释倍数。结果证明,无离子水1∶19直接稀释 RBC 基本排除基体干扰,变动系数2—3%,回收率稳定在96—97%。
A simple direct dilution method followed by AAS determination for Zn in RBC has been well studied and proved to be precise with a C.V.≤3.3%. Analysis of variance indicates that RBC Zn is more effective in reflecting Zn status of human body than plasma Zn.
