离子注入改善人造多晶金刚石耐磨性的研究

摘要 关于金刚石离子注入改性研究,早已引起人们的重视,并相继发表了一些研究成果.而有关离子注入改善人造多晶金刚石耐磨性的研究,迄今未见报导.我们从1982年初开始进行离子注入改善人造多品金刚石耐磨性的研究.选用的试样是工业上用于修磨砂轮的人造多品金刚石修整笔(下简称修整笔),离子注入后和未注入的试样均在碳化硅砂轮上进行干磨损试验.试验结果表明。 Investigations were made on improving the wear resistance of synthetic polycrystalline diamond (SPD) by ion implantation.The results showed:(1) N^+and B^+ implantations can improve the wear resistance of SPD by a factor of 2,(2)N^+ implantations at energies (70 and 100keV) were much less ef- fective,(3)double implantation was more effective than individual implan- tation.Possible mechanism for these results have been discussed.
