大黄致金黄地鼠脾虚造型及其小肠粘膜上皮细胞微绒毛的变化

摘要 在文献[1—3)中,我们为探讨脾虚实质提出了实验依据。本文报导以大黄水浸煎剂导致金黄地鼠脾虚及复健的过程,及其小肠粘膜上皮细胞微绒毛变化,并对此变化与脾虚关系进行了讨论。实验材料与方法实验按本科研究组对中医脾虚动物造型的常规方法,用叙利业金黄地鼠(Mesoericetusauratus) 121只,雄性,体重80—100克,分7批进行实验。 Male Syrian golden Hamsters (Mesocricetus auratus) were given infusodecoction of Genuine rhubarb (Redices and Rhizomes of Rheum palmatum L. et R. palmatum Var. tangutium Maxim) to induce weakness of spleen. After 3—7 days, a lot of syndromes of 'Pi Xu' appears, such as semiliquid stool, loss of appetite, prolapsa of anus, loss of body weight, etc.. At 9th day after the adminstration, the microvilli of the duodenal mucosa become shorter, irregular and uneven in Height. At 16th day, the microvilli are particularly sparse, some of them become debris. When treated with 'Si Jun Zi Tang' to 'Pi Xu' animal, the above syndromes were restored and the mirovilli approach to normal. This suggested that the absorbing area of the microvilli related to diarrhea and weakness of spleen.
