摘要
本文研究了在乙醇-水介质体系中,放射性碘标记玫瑰红钠盐的反应条件影响,得到了最佳的标记条件.在 pH=2.4,C_2H_5OH/H_2O=5—7,KIO_3/攻瑰红=0.1,反应温度80—100℃,反应时问15—20分钟时,标记率在95%以上,游离碘在3%以下.经鉴定,产品质量稳定,在室温放置一个月.^(125)I-玫瑰红含量为93%,基本上能满足临床指标.
The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,KIO_3/Rose Bengal (g/g),ethanol/water (V/V),and the initial pH values for the labelling effi- ciency of Rose Bngal in ethanol-water medium is studied and the optimum labelling conditions are ascertained.Under the described conditions the ra- diochemical yield can be obtained more than 95% within ethanol/water=5-7 (V/V),KIO_3/Rose Bengal=0.1(g/g),pH=2.4,80-100℃ and 15-20 minutes. The product is stable.The containing of the free iodide only increased from 2.7% to 6.72% in storage during 30 days at room temperature.
