6-^(211)At胆固醇的合成、标记及热稳定性研究

A STUDY ON SYNTHESIS,LEBELLING AND THERMAL-STABILITY OF NEW COMPOUND 6-^(211) At-CHOLESTEROL

本工作首次用热液熔融法标记制备了6-^(211)At-胆固醇,实验表明它具有很高的热稳定性,这为探索砹放射性药物的应用提供了一种可能性。

A new 6-^(211)At-cholesterol compound for therapeutic application is synthe- sised by hydrothermal melt method.The yield is rather high.It turned out that the thermalstability of 6-^(211)At-cholesterol is very excellent.It may be expected that this astatine compound may be used for therapeutic application.
