小鼠肝、再生肝、H22_a腹水型肝癌细胞及荷癌鼠肝中脂质过氧化物水平与SOD及GSH-P_x酶活力

摘要 测定了再生鼠肝、H22_a 腹水型肝癌细胞及荷癌鼠肝中脂质过氧化物水平、SOD 及 GSH-Px 的活力,与正常鼠肝相比,再生鼠肝和荷癌鼠肝的脂质过氧化物水平增高,GSH-Px 活力降低,荷瘤鼠肝的 SOD 活力也高于正常鼠肝,去甲斑蝥素和斑蝥酸钠能使荷瘤鼠肝的 GSH-Px 活力上升,脂质过氧化物水平下降。 Lipoperoxides,glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)activities have been determined in regenerating liver,hepatoma H22cells and livers of control and tumor-bearing mice.The livers of tumor- bearing animals had significantly higher lipoperoxide and lower GSH-Px and SOD activity than control mice.The regenerating liver of mice had signifi- cantly higher lipoperoxide and lower glutathione peroxidase activity than normal mice.Some anticaner agents,disodium cantharidate,demethylated cantharidin and injecti herbae sarcandrae can influnce the lipoperoxide levels,glutathione peroxidase and SOD activity of hepatoma H22cells and the liver of tumor-bearing mice.
