离子注入金刚石拉丝模延寿试验

RAISING LIFETIME OF DIAMOND WIRE-DRAWING DIES BY ION IMPLANTATION

用不同能量和剂量的氮离子注入了40多个金刚石拉丝模,在工厂实际生产条件下进行拉丝对比试验,注入的模子寿命平均为未注入的模子寿命的2—3倍。本文还对注入氮的金刚石试样进行了XPS,SEM和EPR分析.

About 40 diamond wire-drawing dies have been implanted with N in differention energies and various doses. Implanted and unimplanted dies have been applicated in production condition in order to compare their lifetimes. The lifetime of implanted ones is as much as 2—3 times of unimplanted. For understanding the reason why the lifetime of diamond dies can be improved by ion implantation, diamond samples implanted with nitrogen have been analized by XPS, SEM and EPR.
