一种简便的显示小鼠体内SCE的新技术 被引量:5

摘要 应用不同浓度的BUdR(或IUdR)-毛玉米油-次性注射于昆明小白鼠体内,经过不同时间取骨髓细胞.对照小鼠分別注射BUdR-活性炭和BUdR-生理盐水。结果表明注射BUdR(或IUdR)-毛玉米油10mg、15mg/0.5—0.8ml油/每只小鼠的效果优于其它的结果.昆明小鼠SCD频率最高值是注射后16小时,SCE频率为1.42/细胞.该技术省药、省时,作者已用于较大规模的实验,并获得了满意的结果. The kunming mice were injected only once vising BUdR(or IUdR)-raw maize oil at different concentrations and the bone marrow cells were taken at different time. The control mice received BUdR(or IUdR)-activated charcoal and BUdR (or IUdR)-physiological saline, respectively. The results show that the effect of BUdR (or IUdR)-raw maize oil at the concentrations of 10mg, 15mg/0.5—0.8 ml oil/body is superior to that of others.The highest value of the SCD frequency of the bone marrow cells in Kunming mice appears at 16 hours after injection. Its SCE frequency is 1.42/cell. This technique saves on drugs and saves time. It has been applied to the experiments on a larger scale by the authors and satisfactory results have been obtained.
