摘要
本文介绍使用毛细管气相色谱测定植物生长素——吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)含量的两个新方法。方法一,用毛细管配用高选择的氮磷检测器,检出极限为5×10^(-9)g。方法二,制备IAA的三氯乙酰化衍生物,用毛细管配用电子捕获检测器,检出灵敏度可达到5×10^(-10)g。两个方法都具有样品前处理简单,灵敏度高,选择性好的优点,特别适用于取样量有限、工作量大的科研工作。
This paper describes two new methods about capillary gas chromatography to determine a plant hormone-indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). In method 1, the procedure of pretreatment may be greatly simplified by using a selective nitrogen-phosphorus detector (NPD). The sensitivity is about 5×10^(-9)g of IAA. In method 2, after a sample is treated with a simple procedure, Me-IAA is trifluoroacetylated. The trifluoroacotylated derivative of Me-IAA is detelminated by using an electron-capture detector (ECD) with a capillary column. The sensitivity is 5×10^(-10)g of IAA. Both of these two mathods manifest such advantages as simple proceduse of treatment of sample, higher sensitivity and good selectivity. They are especially suitable for such research work as only a limited quantity of piant material can be obtained or the number of samples is large.
