摘要
我们用M-1109型光子计数器测量了单模He-Ne激光器和准热源的光子计数分布。采用了L.Mande提出的新的死时间修正方法,得到无死时间效应的光子计数分布。实验装置如图1所示。实验中用的激光源是He-Ne稳频单模激光器,激光波长为6328(),频率稳定度为10-7,调节到激光最强以实现远在阈值以上的最佳工作状态。单模热光源是采用所谓的“准热源”方法。
This paper reports measurements of the photon counting distribution of the He-Ne laser and the quasi-thermal source, using a new method of the dead-time correction proposed by L.Mandel-obtaining the photon counting distribution in the absence of dead-time effect from the directly measured distributions with dead-time effect in two different counting time intervals.
