This paper gives a generalization of Nelson stochastic mechanics to the 4-dimensional manifold with metric {g_(μv}_μ,v= and considers a 4-dimensional Markov two side diffusion processes{}with parameter τ. In particular, if the position is in Minnkowski space-time, then we get a connection between relativistic stochastic mechanics and relativistic quantum mechanics, if the position is in Euclid space-time, then we get a connection between stochastic mechanics and quantum mechanics.
