摘要
采用合成聚苯硫醚的方法,研究了2,5-双(氯甲基)噻吩(DCMT)、间-二氯甲基苯(DCMB)和硫化物的共聚反应,对聚合物做了红外光谱分析测定,计算并分析了含硫量与DCMT和DCMB的摩尔组成的关系以及成膜性能试验.
The product of condensation polymerization of 2,5-bis (chloromethyl) thiophene (DCMT) and m-dichloromethyl benzene (DCMB) and sodium sulfide, at the early stage was a linear low molecular weight polymer, dissolved in general organid solvent, such as CH_2Cl_2. After acidification in hot acetic acid glacial, >100℃, it turned into insoluble infusible high molecular weight poly- mer. The sulfur content of these polymers changed regularly according to the mole ratios of DCMT and DCMB. The higher the sulfur content, the better the flexibility of the polymer, lowering the sulfur content, its brittleness and hard- ness increase.
