摘要
用X射线衍射和穆斯堡尔效应对金属间化物Ti(Fe_(1-x)Mn_x)的结构随锰含量的改变而变化进行了系统的研究,结果表明,当x≥0.45时发生了结构相变.对三元系合金的同质异能移数值变化作了一定解释.
Using the X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer effect, the change of the crystal structure of the intermetallic compounds Ti (Fe_(1-x)Mn_x) is studied, vary- ing the component of manganese. The value of x ranges from 0.05 to 0.5 at each interval 0.05.The experimental results show that phase transition takes place as x≥0.45.The interpretation on the phase transition and isomer shift in this ternary alloy are given.
