草原革蜱和森林革蜱若虫的形态学研究

A MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE NYMPHS OF DERMACENTOR NUTTALLI OLENEV AND DERMACENTOR SILVARUM OLENEV

在实验室内饲养了采自不同地区的草原革蜱和森林革蜱,分析了它们若虫的形态性状,并在观察大量材料后,找出可用于鉴别两种若虫的形态特征:异盾上背中毛的数目,背中毛、间毛和亚缘毛三者的总数以及肛门环前部的宽度.根据耳状突的宽度,盾板上刚毛的总数以及基节I上距的大小,又能将这两种革蜱若虫与分布在我国北方的其他三种(边缘革蜱、银盾革蜱和网纹革蜱)若虫相区别.

Adults of D. nuttalli and D. silvarum, collected from different geographical areas are reared in the laboratory and the morphological characters of their nymphs are analyzed. The results show that the nymphs vary very greatly in this respect. After analysis of the data from large number of specimens more stable morphological characters are found, which can be used to distin- guish between those two species:the number of central dorsal setae (Cd), the total number of Cd, intermedial setae (I) and submarginal setae (S) on allo- scutum. Those two species can be separated from other 3 species of Dermacen- tor distributed in North China (i. e. D. marginatus, D. niveus and D. reticula- tus) by the size and width of auricle, the total number of setae on scutum, and the size of spurs on the coxa I etc.
