摘要
本文用鱼类染色体高分辨G-显带方法首次对鲇鱼和黄颡鱼染色体高分辨G-带核型和带型进行了研究.两种鱼的核型结果在分组式、随体和次缢痕位置等方面均与前人有较大的不同.通过带型分析,发现了异型的性染色体(暂定为XX-XY型)以及具有带纹结构的巨大随体,并对它们进行了讨论.
This paper presents the high resolution G-banding patterns of culture lym- phocytes in S. asotus and P.fulvidraco by fish high resolution G-band tech- nique. The results are different from other authors' in some respects. In both fishes, sex chromosomes (XX-XY) are morphologically distinguishable and linear satellite are found. In S. asotus, secondary constriction are found and the satellite of m_1 chromosome revealed 11 bands. The G-banding karyoty- pes, the sex chromosomes and the satellite are discussed.
