低温下多声子无辐射跃迁

摘要 根据黄昆等的声子统计分布理论,计算了4.2K和20K下的多声子跃迁几率因式和发射的平均声子数目.得出统计理论的结果与严格公式的结果完全一致,且与极限0K的结果非常接近.还对发射负声子能量数目作了讨论. According to the Huang Kun's statistical distribution theory of phonons (1982), the phonon probability factors and the average numbers of phonons at 4.2K and 20K are exactly calculated. These calculations show that the approximation values calculated by the statistical formalism are very coinci- dent with the results of rigorous calculation. On the other hand these results at 4.2K are also close to those at 0K given by Huang Kun. In addition, the meaning of the emission of average numbers of phonons for negative energy (-hw_t) groups is also discussed here.
