摘要
遥感图像上所呈现出的山脊与沟谷颠倒的视觉效果被称为遥感图像反立体现象,该现象与人类的视觉习惯相冲突,从而严重干扰人们对遥感图像的目视判读.本文设计了一种YUV亮度分量乘法融合方法,其技术核心在于图像阴影区增强、地形夸张、地形阴影模型与YUV亮度分量相乘融合3个方面.实验表明,该方法充分考虑了山区图像具有深大阴影这一特征,由它得到的正立体图像立体感强、色调逼真、亮度均衡,其结果可广泛应用于地图导航、规划设计、资源监测等领域.
Appearance of valleys as ridges,and vise versa in remote sensing images of rugged terrain is termed false topographic perception(FTP).Serious conflict between FTP and human vision habit hinders visual interpretation of remote sensing images.A technique to remove FTP by the fusion of shaded relief model(SRM)and YUV luma component was proposed.Key points in this technique involved enhancement of shaded areas,exaggeration of topographic relief and multiplicative fusion of SRM and YUV luma component.Results from a test image indicated that this technique could remove FTP effectively because it fully considered the effect from deep shades in rugged terrains.The produced image showed significant true topographic perception with similar colors as original images with balanced brightness.The derived products with this technique could be widely used in navigation mapping,territorial planning,natural resource monitoring.
