浅析构建海绵社区的意义

A Brief Analysis on the Meanings of Constructing Sponge Communities

近年来城市水资源紧缺,城市内涝、水污染、雾霾天气、热岛效应等问题频发,针对以上问题,国家积极推进海绵城市的建设。海绵社区是海绵城市的一个细胞体,是整个神经系统的神经末梢。从生态的角度分析,把构建海绵社区的理念引入城市建设中,能为人们解决城市生态问题提供更大的帮助。文章主要介绍了海绵社区的基本内涵、实现海绵社区的途径以及构建海绵社区的意义。

These years witnessed frequent outbreaks of water shortage, water blogging, water pollutions, smog weathers, heat-island effect etc. in urban areas, for which our government provokingly promoted the construction of sponge cities. Sponge community was just one cell body of sponge city and also the nerve ending of the whole nervous system. From the viewpoint of ecology, this thesis brought the idea of constructing sponge community into urban development and provided more help on tackling ecologic problems of cities. And it mainly introduced the basic connotation of sponge community, approaches to realizing sponge community and the meanings of constructing sponge communities.
