摘要
以芦丁为标样,采用分光光度法定量测出铁甲草中总黄酮含量,在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验法L9(34)对铁甲草中黄酮的提取工艺进行了优选。其最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度60%,液固比20∶1,超声时间40min,超声温度40℃。在此条件下,黄酮提取率为12.52%。
As a quantitative analysis method, spectrophotometer was used to measure the total flavonoids content in dietyocline gliffithii more. Based on single-factor tests, the conditions of flavonoids extraction were optimized by orthogonal method L9(34). The optimum conditions were as followed: ethanol concentrations 60%, liquid-solid ratio was 20:1, ultrasonic time was 40 min and ultrasonic temperature was 40℃. Under such conditions, the extraction rate of flavonoids was up to 12.52%.
