摘要
针对目前比较权威的ASAP标准,以及其中功能较完善、规范的CCP协议设计了一套电控柴油机车载数据采集系统,主要包括整体结构、硬件设计和软件设计流程。数据采集系统用于车辆行驶过程中实时采集CAN总线数据,并将数据保存在SD卡或通过TCP/IP协议传输到PC机中。将该系统应用于车辆道路实验,结果能够准确记录行车过程中发动机目标数据。
Aiming at the authoritative ASAP standardand the CCP which is multifunctional and canonical,a data acquisition system of electronic controlled diesel engineis developed,and the whole structures,hardware electric circuit of the system and software design process are introduced. This system is used for real-time recording of CAN bus data in vehicle running and the recording data stored in SD card ortransfer to PC base on TCP/IP protocol. In vehicle road test,this system accurately records the target data of running diesel.
