摘要
运用计算机辅助分析(CAE)技术对某机型气缸盖进行了模拟计算,分析了在热-机载荷作用下的气缸盖应力分布情况和应力峰值的变化,以及对气缸盖疲劳特性的影响,通过计算发现,气缸盖强度偏低和刚度不均衡时,易发生变形和疲劳破坏,基于此,提出了结构优化方案,通过优化局部结构,提高了气缸盖整体强度和刚度的均衡性,疲劳安全系数满足了实际使用要求。
CAE analysis technique was used in cylinder head of diesel engine. The distribution and variation of peak value of stress in cylinder head under heat-mechanical load were studied,and its effect on fatigue characteristic were also analyzed. The calculated results showed that deformation and fatigue failure in cylinder head occured due to its low strength and unbalanced stiffness. Based on the above results,optimized structure scheme were proposed. By optimizing local structure of cylinder head,the whole strength and proportionality of stiffness were improved,and the fatigue safety coefficient was enough to meet requirements.
