摘要
运用模拟计算和试验开发相结合的手段,针对某款高增压柴油机开发过程中出现的难题,提出了通过采用改变进气门关闭时刻来解决该问题的技术方案,将该方案运用于此柴油机,试验结果表明,在排放达到国五标准,爆压满足限制要求的同时,加权油耗降低6 g/k W·h左右,发动机性能得到了明显改善。
By means of thermodynamic simulation and experimental development,the influence of intake valve closing timing on performance of highly turbocharged diesel engine have been demonstrated. The optimization of intake valve closing timing shows that,the weighed BSFC of 13 modes of ESC cycle has been improved significantly,and the engine emission legislation of China Ⅴ is achieved,meanwhile,maximum cylinder pressure meets the requirements of limit.
