摘要
用AVL-Cruise软件以某两厢乘用车模型为平台,通过对汽车的驱动力和行驶阻力的分析,分析发动机外特性对整车动力性的影响。通过CRUISE对发动机与整车的性能匹配计算,某汽油机的优化方案对整车的最高车速影响不大,高转速段最大扭矩的提升,使整车的加速时间减小了0.11 s,低转速段扭矩略有降低使得最大爬坡度降低了0.21%,计算结果可以为发动机设计开发提供一些参考依据。
Using AVL Cruise software taking a double-box car model as a platform,through the analysis of the driving force and driving resistance in the car,we analysis influence of engine external characteristic on the vehicle dynamic performance. According to results of performance matching calculation between the engine and vehicle,it is shown that optimization scheme of a gasoline engine has a little effects on the vehicle's top speed,and the increasing of maximum torque in high speed period make the vehicle acceleration time reduced 0. 11 s,and decreasing of torque in low speed period makes maximum gradeability reduced by 0. 21%. The calculation results will be the references to develop the new engine.
