摘要
阐述了电控共轨喷油器电磁阀所面临的挑战,针对某型电磁阀进行了结构、参数、材料等因素的模拟计算分析,得到了各因素对性能的影响规律和优化结果,在此基础上开展了多方案电磁阀的样品试制和试验分析工作,并通过多参数的对比分析完成了电磁阀的改进和优化,试验验证结果表明,优化后的电磁阀性能得到了显著提高,满足了新一代共轨喷油器的匹配需求。
In this paper challenges of solenoid valve for common rail injector were introduced,and the different parameters,such as magnetic structure,coil parameter and magnetic material were analyzed by simulation method. Then a new structure solenoid valve was optimum designed after experimental analyzing. The test results indicate that the performances of the new solenoid valve have meet the requirements of the new type common rail injector.
