关于新形势下航天标准化工作转型发展的几点思考

本文分析了航天标准化当前的新形势、新任务以及标准化工作的发展现状,从四个方面阐述了推动标准化实现战略转型的思考,并提出了在解决人才、制度、产品"三化"(通用化、系列化、组合化)、预研等方面问题的几点措施和建议。

The article analyzes current new situation and tasks of aerospace standardization, as well as the status of standardization development work. The article describes the ideas from four aspects of promoting standardization and achieving strategic transformation. The article proposes some measures and suggestions to sort out the issues involving talent pool, institution, pilot studies, as well as product generalization, serialization and combination.
