肿瘤炎性微环境与辐射抗性机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤炎性微环境通过介导复杂的通路在肿瘤发展的不同阶段均起决定性的作用。炎性微环境中存在大量的免疫细胞、生长因子和细胞趋化因子等,利于肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、黏附和血管生成,促使肿瘤的发生和发展。因此,肿瘤炎性微环境的深入研究为肿瘤放射治疗的疗效提出了一条新理论,而且近年来肿瘤炎性微环境中主要组分对肿瘤细胞辐射抵抗机制的研究已成为前沿领域。本文针对肿瘤细胞辐射抗性机制中肿瘤炎性微环境的作用进行综述。
