骨髓间充质干细胞通过血管生成作用治疗慢性肾疾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞是一种多能干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能.近年来国内外的研究报道,骨髓间充质干细胞(marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)治疗慢性肾疾病(chronic kidney diseas,CKD)可能的机制包括直接分化为肾小管上皮细胞、肾小球系膜细胞、足细胞、血管内皮细胞及旁分泌等.其中目前研究最多的旁分泌作用主要表现为促进新生血管生成、抗凋亡、抗炎等三个方面.本文主要从MSCs与肾血管生成、通过血管生成作用改善肾功能的主要机制及其血管生成作用在慢性肾疾病中的应用这三方面作一综述.
