乙醇消毒剂标准物质研制及均匀性不确定度评定

Development of the reference material of the ethanol disinfectant and the uncertainty evaluation of homogeneity

目的研制乙醇消毒剂基体标准物质及其样品均匀性检验。方法用气相色谱法和统计学分析方法,对制备的乙醇消毒剂基体标准物质进行检测和均匀性分析。结果所制备的标准样品是由乙醇、水和丙三醇3种物质组成的无色透明状液体,乙醇按质量分数计为70.00%。用气相色谱法测定样品含量,其测量结果的平均值为质量分数70.70%,瓶间不均匀性导致的不确定度分量为0.22%。结论本研究确定的方案制备出的乙醇消毒剂基体标准物质含量准确,均匀性好。

Objective To develop the reference material of the ethanol disinfectant,and to test the homogeneity of samples. Methods Gas chromatography and statistical analysis method were used to test and analyze the homogeneity of the reference material of the ethanol disinfectant prepared. Results The standard samples prepared were colorless transparent liquid which was composed of ethanol（ 70. 00% by mass fraction）,water and glycerin. The content of samples were determined by gas chromatography. The average measurement result was 70. 70% and the uncertainty component of between-bottle homogeneity was 0. 22%. Conclusion The reference material of the ethanol disinfectant prepared based on the scheme in this study has accurate content and good homogeneity.
