Survey on status of medical textiles washing and disinfection in five provinces and cities

目的了解国内医用织物洗涤消毒现况,为制定《医用织物洗涤消毒技术规范》提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,选取国内5个省市459家医疗机构医用织物洗涤消毒工作现状进行调查;同时对93家医疗机构的医用织物进行采样和检测。结果调查的459家医疗机构中,由医院洗衣房负责洗涤医用织物的占77.8%;有18.5%的医疗机构实行社会化专业公司洗涤或承包给物业公司等方式洗涤。多数医院配备专门洗衣设备,但配备隔离式洗涤烘干设备的仅有24.4%。有77.8%的单位采用化学浸泡法对感染性织物进行消毒,但消毒效果不甚理想。结论我国医疗机构医用织物洗涤消毒工作欠规范,软硬件建设均有待改进,亟待实行规范管理,提高医用织物安全处理质量。

Objective To know the status of domestic medical textiles washing and disinfection,so as to provide the basis for formulating ＂Technical regulation of medical textiles washing and disinfection in hospital＂. Methods Questionnaire was used to survey the status of medical textiles washing and disinfection of 459 medical institutions in five provinces and cities. Meanwhile the medical textiles of 93 medical institutions were sampled and tested. Results In the 459 medical institutions,77. 8% washed by their laundries,while 18. 5% washed by socialization and professional companies or property companies. Most hospitals had specific washing equipment,but only 24. 4% had isolated mode washing and drying equipment. 77. 8% used chemical immersion method to disinfect the infected textiles,but the effect was not very well. Conclusion The medical textiles washing and disinfection of domestic medical institutions are not standard. All of the software and hardware also should be enhanced. Regular management need be performed,and the quality of medical textiles safety processing has to be improved.
