摘要
In the new population state of low birth rate,high aging rate,high degree of urbanization,and wide scale floating,family planning work has to transform,including:(1)the nature of family planning work should transform from controlling type to service one;(2)family panning workers should transform from executive type to operator type;(3)family planning funds should transform from lump sum type to self,reliance type.The family planning work,which aimed to decrease the birth rate and control the population,has fulfilled its historical task.The future family planning work should provide services for people’s family planning as well as reproductive health,hence it is required that family planning work be expanded,ways of service be transformed,and quality of service be heightened.
