近几年,我国的建筑施工管理不断优化,在其带动建筑技术水平也逐渐提高,房屋建筑水平也有所上升。房屋建筑施工管理在整个施工过程中占据重要地位,从房屋开始建设直到建设工作结束,施工管理工作贯彻始末,意义重大。本文主要分析我国房屋建筑施工管理存在的诸多问题,提出解决方法,优化房屋建筑施工管理。
