摘要 增材制造(AM)为现代设计和生产带来了前所未有的创新。包括中国在内的许多国家的政府、研究机构和企业都在努力开发AM技术及其在各个行业的应用。在珠宝行业,与失蜡铸造法相结合的3D蜡印技术,作为一种创新的生产方式已被广泛应用,成为制作复杂新颖珠宝的相对成熟的方法。然而,选择性激光熔融技术(SLM)尚未在珠宝行业中得到充分利用。由于3D打印技术主要用于替代传统的手工成型方法,其成型和精度的优势很少用于创新的珠宝设计。本文通过选择性激光熔化技术(SLM),提出珠宝活动结构的设计理念和原理。对珠宝加工中的金属柔性结构,百叶窗活动结构,轴承活动结构和转轴活动结构进行了设计和应用研究。 Additive manufacturing (AM) has brought un-precedent innovation in modern design and production.Governments,research institutions and enterprises in many countries,including America and China,have put great efforts in developing AM technology and its application in various industries.In jewelry industry,the 3D wax printing technology integrated with lost-wax casting method has been applied widely as an innovative production approach,becoming relatively mature method for making complex and novel jewelry.However,the Selective Laser Melting (SLM) has not yet fully exploited in jewelry industry.As 3D printing technology is primarily used for substituting traditional manual molding method,its molding geometry advantage and accuracy are seldom utilized for innovative jewelry design.In this paper,the design concept and principle for jewelry movable structure are proposed by Selective Laser Melting (SLM).The design and application studies are conducted for metaltextile movable structure,shutters movable structure,axle housing movable structure and axial movable structure in jewelry fabrication.
