摘要
基于网络媒介的沟通开启了图书馆管理沟通的新局面。对天津市高校图书馆员的网络沟通满意度进行了调查,从5个维度对调查结果进行了归纳和分析,并在此基础上,从领导观念转变、管理控制及引导非正式沟通3个方面,分析了提升图书馆网络沟通满意度的策略。
The new situation of library management communication is opened based on the network communication.This paper conducts an investigation on the network communication satisfaction of the librarians of the colleges and universities in Tianjin City, and carries on the induction and analysis on the investigation results from five dimensions, and based on this, analyzes the strategies for enhancing the library's network communication satisfaction from three aspects of the leadership's conceptual change, the management control and the guidance of informal communication.
